SCANDIFF

Scandiff is an out of line system dedicated to the comparison of digital files.

Scandiff help you to find out any mistake in the groundwork for the new job.

The system is able to manage most image data file formats and/or acquire image data from dedicated image acquisition devices as well.

Scandiff is able to handle all common image formats like bitmap, tiff, jpeg and PDF files following the below processes:

PDF to PDF comparison: incoming customer PDF reference files can be matched against the pre-press processing result PDF document;

PDF to acquisition comparison: the pre-press processing result PDF document can be matched against the first printed samples during machine set-up;

PDF to acquisition comparison: during production Scandiff2 proofs the production result by comparing the acquired image against the reference PDF;

Acquisition to acquisition comparison: once the machine set up has been completed, it is possible to acquire a good printed sample as reference, and use the Scandiff2 to proof acquired samples against the reference;

BMP, PDF, physical sample to acquisition comparison: during production it is possible to compare acquired samples against a reference coming from the customer, independently on the file format of the reference.

CONDOR

The Condor is a 100% real-time control system, dedicated to the inspection of glass bottles for the cosmetic industry.

In any case, it can be used to inspect any object that is transported on a conveyor belt with the same angular and transversal position.

The Condor works with cylindrical elements and different shapes. A single unit performs inspection on a face of the hotels.

The complete configuration of the parallel systems can cover 360 ° of control.

This system is an independent station that is installed at the end of the printing process.
